I am a mother, wife, and first grade teacher. I have been striving to be healthier and seem to fall short time after time, always going back to eating junk and not working out, a cycle I have been in for years. My kids have been a huge motivation for me, but I still falter and want to hold myself even more accountable. The kids and I decided to work out together, work on our eating habits, and start a blog that we can all contribute to. This is our journey. Not perfect, but just us!
